What happened to music?

Modern music sucks. What happened to all of the good stuff back in the 90's? Give your opinions on the matter :O

He can listen to 90's music at any age, it doesn't make a bit of difference when he was born.

but he talks as if he was alive back in the 90's o-o; and because back in the day, people actually gave a damn about their music, now it's simply a way to make money.

I wouldnt judge a band by its looks, before hearing linkin park, I was at first put off by their appearance, but then, after being introduced to their music, i was indifferent to that.

On another note, I must agree that modern american pop music does fail, with all those "rebecca blacks" out there trying to sell their crap out the public who just absorbs it like a sponge, leading to the eventual degradation and corruption of society.
